About Hungduan
Hungduan is the least populated municipality in Ifugao, about 8,970 people in the Cordillera. In 2024 the national government declared October 1 a special non-working day there for the town's 107th founding anniversary, which puts the founding in 1917. Small towns rarely get a proclamation of their own.
