About Lagawe

Lagawe took the capital of Ifugao from Kiangan and has held it since, though at roughly 19,100 people it is not the biggest town in the province. Alfonso Lista outnumbers it by some fifteen thousand residents, an arrangement the Cordillera takes in stride.
