About Bagac
Bagac faces the South China Sea on the western side of Bataan, and in April 1942 it was one of the two starting points of the Bataan Death March, the other being Mariveles down the coast. Weekenders now come for Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, a resort assembled out of relocated Spanish era houses. About 32,800 people live in the town.
