About Pulilan
Once a year the carabaos of Pulilan are scrubbed, paraded and made to kneel outside the San Isidro Labrador parish church, in honour of the patron saint of farmers. The Carabao Festival is the town's calling card. The rest of the year about 111,400 people get on with things.
