About Pagudpud

Pagudpud is the northernmost settlement on Luzon, and most of the reason to come is the beach: white sand, resorts and, more recently, windmills going up in Barangay Caparispisan. Between visitors, the town runs on farming, fishing and small retail. About 25,600 people live here, which is not many for a place this well known.
