About Puerto Galera
Puerto Galera is the beach town of Oriental Mindoro, sand and dive sites on the northern tip of the island, close enough to Batangas that Manila weekenders get there by bus and boat. Muelle Bay, the harbour the town grew around, is a protected area under UNESCO. About 42,300 people live behind all of it.
