Victoria calls itself the fruit basket of Oriental Mindoro and throws the Kapakyanan Festival every 15 October in thanks for the harvest. The town sits inland of the east coast with 52,215 people in 32 barangays, which is a decent size for a place whose business is what grows in the fields.
