About Cagayancillo

Tubbataha, the reef park that divers fly across the country for, lies out in the Sulu Sea, and the nearest people to it are the residents of Cagayancillo. The town is a small group of islands between Palawan and Negros, and the name is Spanish for Little Cagayan. About 7,100 people live there, which makes it one of the smallest towns in the province.
