About Dumaran

Dumaran gives its name to the island it shares with Araceli, which holds the northern half. What the town is known for is the Banawa sand bar, a strip of sand with clear water and coral on either side of it. About 23,800 people live in the municipality, on the island and on the Palawan mainland opposite.
