About Pasay City

Most of Ninoy Aquino International Airport is in Pasay, so most arrivals in the Philippines technically land here first. The Cultural Center complex is also here, out on reclaimed ground facing the bay, with the theatres and the film archive around it. The city has 201 barangays, which makes no sense until you learn they are numbered rather than named.
