About Cagayan De Oro City
Cagayan de Oro puts rafts on its own river, and the whitewater run through the city is the main reason visitors stop instead of driving straight on to Bukidnon. It is the regional centre of Northern Mindanao and the tenth most populous city in the country. It is also the capital of Misamis Oriental and independent of the province at once, which nobody here finds odd.
