About Dulag
Dulag calls itself the Liberation Town, having been fought over and flattened in the Second World War and put back together after. It fronts Leyte Gulf 36 kilometres south of Tacloban, covers 11,007 hectares, and in 1954 gave up nine of its barrios to make Mayorga. Today it counts 50,728 people.
