The Bugang River comes out of a cold spring at Pandan, and white beach follows Pandan Bay from Barangay Mag-aba down to Barangay Duyong, which is why this is one of the few Antique towns visitors look for by name. About 37,325 people live here, in the north of the province where Aklanon is heard beside Kinaray-a.
