About Capiz
The translucent shell in old Philippine windows is named after this province, and Roxas City still calls itself the seafood capital of the country on the strength of its crabs, oysters and prawns. Capiz has never shaken its aswang stories either, which the rest of the country finds funnier than Capiznons do. It takes the northeast corner of Panay and faces the Sibuyan Sea.
