About Camalig

Camalig gets Mayon from the front, close enough that the cone is the view from most of the town, and the local claim is that nobody sees it better. Sumlang Lake and the Hoyop-Hoyopan Caves are both inside its territory, along with the Quituinan Hills. About 73,100 people live in this old Albay town.
