About San Pedro City
San Pedro calls itself the sampaguita capital, and the roadside stalls stringing the flowers into garlands are the evidence. It is the first town in Laguna if you drive south out of Metro Manila, which is also why it gets called a dormitory town: the commute back in is a daily fact of life here. The patron saint is Peter.
