Infanta makes more lambanog, the coconut spirit, than any other town in Quezon, which in a province built on coconut is a real claim. It also eats bayugo, a giant mountain snail that rarely turns up on a menu anywhere else. About 77,700 people live here on the Pacific side of Luzon.
