About Roxas
Roxas, the Palawan town rather than the city in Capiz, spreads about 69,700 people across 31 barangays, one of the highest counts in the province. Hiligaynon and Cuyonon are both spoken here alongside Tagalog, which is what happens on a coast that people reached from several different islands.
