About Bacolod City

Bacolod argues that it does chicken inasal better than anywhere else, and the queue at any of its grill houses backs the claim. MassKara, the October mask festival, is what the city is known for beyond Negros, and sugar money paid for most of what came before it. Bacolod is the second largest city in the Visayas after Cebu City, and the capital of Negros Occidental without being governed by it.
