About Abra

The language list for Abra runs to three kinds of Itneg alongside Ilocano, which is a fair summary of a province where the valley towns and the highland communities have never quite been the same place. Bangued is the capital and the largest town. Twenty-seven municipalities and not one city, ringed by Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Apayao, Kalinga and Mountain Province.
