About Quezon City

Quezon City has more people than anywhere else in the Philippines, over three million, and it held the capital for 28 years before Manila took the title back in 1976. It was built on purpose, founded in 1939 and named for Manuel Quezon. The big universities are here, and the television networks, and everyone calls it QC, or Kyusi, and almost nobody says the full name twice.
